Tracking FAQs

When will I receive my tracking number?
You’ll receive your tracking number via email within 1-2 business days after your order is placed. Once the package is picked up by the carrier, tracking will become active.
My tracking hasn’t updated in several days. What should I do?
International shipments may experience delays in tracking updates, especially during customs clearance. If there are no updates for more than 5 business days, please contact our support team for assistance.
How long does delivery typically take?
Delivery times vary by region: US (7-10 days), Canada & Europe (7-12 days), Australia & New Zealand (10-14 days), Asia (8-12 days), and Africa (8-12 days). Maximum delivery time is 14 business days, excluding customs delays.
What if my package shows as delivered but I haven’t received it?
First, check with neighbors or household members. Sometimes packages are left in safe locations. If you still can’t locate it within 24 hours of the delivery confirmation, contact us immediately so we can investigate with the carrier.
Can I change my delivery address after the order has shipped?
Once shipped, address changes are handled by the carrier. Contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to help coordinate with the shipping company, though changes cannot be guaranteed.
