Because of this strict quality control, we have a very low return rate — but when an issue arises, we’re here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product is unused and in its original packaging
- You contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- A valid reason is provided (e.g., defect, incorrect item)
- You include clear photos or videos of the issue
Important: All return requests must be approved by our support team in writing before you ship anything back.
Note: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or wrong.
To prevent fraud and abuse, we do not accept returns or refunds due to “change of mind” or “unauthorized purchase” excuses. A 25% restocking fee will be charged for order cancellation. Additionally, a 10% deduction of the order value will apply in kind on any cancellation. We document each order with visual proof to ensure it matches what you receive.
Replacements & Store Credit
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, we will offer one of the following options:

Non-Returnable Items
To ensure quality and hygiene for all our customers, we do not accept returns on:
- Items that have been used, worn, or altered
- Products returned without prior written approval
- Items returned after the return window has closed
- Items with missing tags, packaging, or original box
- All sales are final for correctly shipped sizes — no refunds or exchanges for fit issues
Refunds
Refunds are only issued under these conditions:
- The product was not delivered at all
- The product delivered was materially different from what was approved by the customer
- The customer followed our return process, and the item is received and inspected
Processing Time: Once we receive the item, we will notify you and process the refund within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.
