Because of this strict quality control, we have a very low return rate — but when an issue arises, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging
  • You contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • A valid reason is provided (e.g., defect, incorrect item)
  • You include clear photos or videos of the issue

Important: All return requests must be approved by our support team in writing before you ship anything back.

Note: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or wrong.

⚠️ Fraud Prevention Notice

To prevent fraud and abuse, we do not accept returns or refunds due to “change of mind” or “unauthorized purchase” excuses. A 25% restocking fee will be charged for order cancellation. Additionally, a 10% deduction of the order value will apply in kind on any cancellation. We document each order with visual proof to ensure it matches what you receive.

Eligibility: This is only applicable if you contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos or videos.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure quality and hygiene for all our customers, we do not accept returns on:

  • Items that have been used, worn, or altered
  • Products returned without prior written approval
  • Items returned after the return window has closed
  • Items with missing tags, packaging, or original box
  • All sales are final for correctly shipped sizes — no refunds or exchanges for fit issues

Refunds

Refunds are only issued under these conditions:

  • The product was not delivered at all
  • The product delivered was materially different from what was approved by the customer
  • The customer followed our return process, and the item is received and inspected

Processing Time: Once we receive the item, we will notify you and process the refund within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.
